Our dance inspired fitness classes use practices and principles from yoga, pilates, ballet and other dance forms to create long, lean lines and improve flexibility and posture. 

Just as dancers have long used the barre for support in finding strength, stamina and focus, our classes, designed with dance philosophies in mind, effectively strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body.
