Barre

 

Traditional barre class: ballet inspired functional and isolated movements, focusing on alignment, flexibility and posture. Each class has a dedicated warm up, arm, thigh, glute, core, and cooldown section.

Barre Bootcamp

 

Barre-based movement paired with peripheral heart rate training for both a strength and cardio-vascular challenge.

students need: mat, bare feet or sneakers

 

Barre + Restore

 

Traditional barre with an extended restorative cooldown.

Core + Restore

 

Reboot and rebuild the connective tissues and muscles in your body through smooth, rhythmic motion. Release tight muscles and develop more functional movement patterns for health and performance. Learn to move your body from your core and improve your posture and balance.

Resist, Tone, & Tighten

 

Using ballet-based movement to create lean lines and improve flexibility and posture. This class uses resistance bands to strengthen while helping tone and shape the body. Burn calories, build stamina, increase strength and flexibility and increase lean muscle mass.

Dancer Booty Bootcamp

 

All-in-one, get it done workout. This class targets your abs, arms, booty, and legs using your own body’s resistance, along with ballet, Barre and pilates techniques.

Hip Hop Cardio & Choreo

 

Unleash your inner dancer with this easy to follow pre-choreographed cardio class. Dance sculpting work will be integrated for a complete workout. Bring sneakers and tons of energy!

 

Power yoga

 

Fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. Power yoga is focused on increasing heart rate and burning calories through a full-body workout.

Glow Yoga

 

Flow smoothly through the poses to let your energy shine through! Glow Yoga is about restoring your body and renewing your energy by tapping into your breath and letting it fuel your movements.

Slow Yoga

 

Performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, breath work, and relaxation. By relaxing into postures that put the body at ease, the mind is put at ease and a sense of calm is restored to the body. students need: mat, bare feet

 

Yogalates

 

Gently move through Yoga + Pilates functional movement patterns for health and performance. Learn to move your body from your core and improve your posture and balance.
