Entering into the New Year with Intentionality and Compassion led by certified yoga instructor, LCSW, and psychotherapist, Maria Duda

The start of a new year offers an opportunity to pause and reflect upon where we are, as well as identify changes that we would like to make as we move forward. Gentle movement, in combination with guided writing, offers a unique means by which to connect with ourselves and set intentions for the year ahead! During this workshop, we will:

  • Identify and reflect upon where we are in various aspects of our lives

  • Explore the difference between intentions and resolutions

  • Set intentions for 2023

  • Engage in gentle movement that invites openness, curiosity, and compassion

The workshop will include an infusion of Hatha Yoga and guided writing, providing an opportunity for reflection, compassion, and intention-setting. Writing materials will be provided.
