Yoga for stress and anxiety to move forward in your daily life more open and free. This class is designed to help those struggling with daily stress, fear and anxiety. This workshop is to help the student learn how to utilize yoga, meditation and journaling to help reduce and release anxiety and stress
This workshop is a unique approach to healing anxiety and stress issues, combining mind, body and soul healing to help calm and reset the nervous system. You will begin to practice simple yoga poses along with specific breathing techniques, other stress reduction techniques to bring an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the mind. Paired with journaling to note feelings of release for conscious awareness.
